Key Indicators of Authentic Biodance Masks

Biodance Logo: Always check that the Biodance logo is clearly shown on the packaging and the mask. Several counterfeit masks don't have the logo or use a different brand name and spelling.

Seller Verification: Purchase only from Biodance's official store or authorized retailers. Be wary of third-party sellers, even if shipped from Amazon warehouses. At Sonagi we only purchase directly from the brands or authorized resellers in Korea that have the official license to export abroad.

Reviews and Ratings: When purchasing from online websites, make sure you go over their Trustpilot reviews to ensure other customers are happy. Many fake listing will have close to zero reviews. Even if they say they have reviews on their website, make sure to google the website + trustpilot. For example: "Sonagi Trustpilot"

Packaging Quality: Examine the packaging closely. Authentic BioDance masks will have clear, high-quality branding and labelling as well as note and color differences on the packaging.
- Product Quality issues: Counterfeits often have product-quality issues, such as small dots or bubbles on the hydrogel sheet, a thicker or rougher sheet material, and minimal color change over time (see attached images below).

Q: "I don't know if my Biodance mask is original or fake can you help me please?"
Sonagi: This is unfortunatley a fake product. You can see the difference in shape that is not square but a long rectangular packaging with “ppm” markings. Authentic Biodance products do not include ppm signs on the right side.
Q: “I paid 10 dollars for my mask pack of 4 pieces, is it real?”
Sonagi: Without further context here, was there a sale or promotion? It does seem the price per mask is low. Even reputable retailers don’t offer this low of a price during peak discount seasons.
