How long does shipping take for my order?
We offer free shipping on all subscription orders, dispatched from our London warehouse. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll automatically send you a tracking number via email from Royal Mail. If you’ve provided your phone number, you’ll also receive a text with tracking details. You can also check the status of your upcoming orders in your Sonagi Dashboard. Simply log in using your email, enter the one-time code sent to you, and view your next scheduled delivery.
