Well worth the money!
Took out a subscription last month with the intention that I’d cancel if I wasn’t impressed with the masks, but they have been amazing (so far I’ve tried two out of the five received, and both have been of very high quality). I also got a gua sha as a lovely little welcome gift. Will definitely be keeping my subscription - well worth the money!

Don’t deny yourself!
I saw a Facebook ad for Sonagi and decided, why not. I love a sheet mask but if you go for Garnier from boots or Superdrug you’re looking at nearly £4 per mask! K-beauty is leading the field in innovation and ingredients and they just really get skin care. So to be able to get 5 x masks per month for £12 ish is an absolute bargain! I’m so happy I found Sonagi as it’s my little treat each month.

Best Sheet Mask Subscription there is :)
I have found with a lot of the UK sheet masks or the masks that claim to be Korean, they just irritate my skin and cause redness and acne. Since subscribing to Sonagi, I have been utterley amazed at the difference. All of the mask are genuinely from Korea and none of them have irritated my skin. My skin has been waaaaaaaaaaay more radiant and clear since switching and subscribing to Sonagi. And i never have to worry about the delivery as it always gets posted through the letter box and is there waiting for me once i get home :)

Believe the hype
Was dubious at first as i saw this on an Instagram AD but decided to give it a go and I have no regrets. The masks are really great quality and it gives an easy introduction to Korean skincare. Delivery was fast and you can tell that care has gone into each delivery from this company. 10/10 looking forward to my next box!

Already obsessed with this service!
I came across Sonagi on Instagram and it immediately had my attention! I’ve always found that it’s ridiculously difficult to get Korean sheet masks in the UK (not a lot of variety & high prices) but I was aware Korean sheet masks were amazing as I’ve tried them often when abroad. Seeing the subscription service- the convenience, great products and good prices- I immediately signed up, and am already making great use of the sheet masks. Been recommending this to everyone!

Such a nice little self care treat…
Such a nice little self care treat every month… I love the suspense of what masks I’m going to receive and whoever thought of adding the translation card… is a genius, it makes you more connected to the product you’re using and why you’re using it. The selections are great and I love that if there are any you particularly love you can email your dedicated account manager to request a repeat of that mask. I have chosen on many occasions to apply a face sheet for 20 minutes over wearing foundation for the day and I receive so many compliments about how hydrated and moisturised my skin looks… on some occasions some masks have also left me with that glass shine look and it looks far better than wearing foundation. Highly recommend because it was also so cost effective.

Beautiful and high quality

I’m a huge fan of these masks
I’m a huge fan of these masks, it’s such a fun subscription and I look forward to receiving my delivery every month. It’s also really good value so I’ve recommended it to lots of friends! One month there was one mask missing from my delivery so I contacted them on instagram and they replied straight away, sending me the missing mask plus an extra one as an apology which I thought was excellent service.

lovely addition to my self care routine

Self care hero
A colleague at work complimented me on my make up in a picture. I was actually sunlight on a balcony, a Sonagi mask before the evening do, and a touch of lip gloss and mascara. I'm really enjoying the random selection of high quality sheet masks arriving at my door, at a better price that you would pay in the stores, if those masks were even genuinely Korean. I've made it my self care routine.

Fantastic face masks!
I love these Sonagi face masks, I'm new to Korean skincare and these masks are just great. You get different masks each month and can add extras if you want them. There is lots of serum in the masks and plenty to use after using the face mask. Really good quality and my skin always feels amazing after. Definitely recommend.

Amazing quality
I LOVE the masks that I've received so far and am so glad I've signed up for the subscription. It's become a weekly ritual to open a face mask and watch my fave show to wind down. The masks been high quality and leave my skin feeling amazing. I really enjoy the fact that a variety of masks are sent, so I get to try out the different types and key ingredients. Sonagi also sends a summary of each mask, what the key ingredients are and what they do which I find very helpful.

I’ve just received my first subscription box from Sonagi including a free gua sha stone, and am really happy with the selection! I’ve been picking up what I thought were Korean face masks from TK Maxx - only to discover most of them just have Korean text on the packaging and were actually manufactured elsewhere! Not only are these handpicked straight from the source but are cheaper than what I can buy in stores here. The mask I tried so far was super hydrating and refreshing and had much better results than brands I’ve tried before. I love that they include descriptive information about each mask - great touch! This is such a great way to try a range of authentic brands and I feel I will remain a subscriber for a long time!

Great subscription service
First of all, they really do send out genuine Korean face masks. All the brands are well know and popular in Korea. I had an amazing experience with the masks so far, I'm treating my mask evenings like little spa sessions, they are that good! Secondly, the service itself is lovely. I had a question and just DMd the team on Instagram, got a response super quickly in a very polite manner. Yes, it should be like that but unfortunately very often you come across poor customer service experience these days. Not the case with Sonagi. Highly recommend the brand!

So far so good!
I was a bit sceptical about joining a mask subscription, as I hadn’t had a good experience with sheet masks before. However, so far, the experience has been great! I’ve tried three out of the five masks, and they’ve all been really good and sensitive skin-friendly. The customer service team is excellent as well, responding quickly and really friendly . I can’t wait to try the February masks!

So Impressed!
I'm on my second box and I'm very impressed so far. Excellent customer support, very good value for money, and most importantly, I have loved every single mask I've tried. I also enjoy being able to choose the mask which suits my mood or skin need at the time of application and being able to sometimes buy a mask I've tried and liked before. And the cards which come with the masks and describe each of them are very helpful, as it makes choosing which one to use so much easier. I even like the regular emails with tips!

Excellent for the price
I just received my order. What can I possibly say about this company? First of all I didn't even expect the package to include that many things. Given the price, it's very much worth it. Secondly, my order was a bit late and I contacted them to ask if everything is fine. I mean, you never know these days when everyone is a scammer. I was also angry because another website messed up my order and my email to Sonagi was a bit aggressive. I apologise for that. It was immature and inappropriate. I received a reply almost immediately. They informed me why there was a delay and shipped the next day. My package also had a note inside explaining the issue and they informed me about a free gift as well. This is what great customer service is. They responded immediately, they provided help, they shipped the items safely. I have 0 complaints. As for the products, I have used some of them in the past so I trust them. Some review in here mentioned that they don't do anything and that they're like wet towels which is a huge lie. You can actually read the ingredients on the back of each mask. If you think that hyaluronic acid and vitamins don't do anything for your skin at all then you shouldn't be using any creams or anything else. The quality of the masks is well known, we're not going to dispute that now. The fact that my pores were huge and are now non existent is proof enough. My final thoughts are: for 12-13£ you get something that will completely change your skin if you have large pores, dryness and discolouration. What more can you ask for? They also have options to cancel your subscription obviously, skip your next order, change the schedule of your orders and in general do whatever you want or need. Even if you want to try it once you can easily do that. And remember that you're not paying 13£ for a mask only. You're getting an entire package with 7 masks inside. I don't know if this is going to be the amount of items with every order but it definitely is very much worth trying it at least once. Excellent items, excellent customer support and overall an excellent company that does what it promises.

I had the subscription for a couple of months and never been disappointed. This morning I tried one of the new mask...honestly AMAZING. It wasn't a mask per se but a black head treatment...I kept those pads for 20 min and 25 min the second (it's a 2 step process)...my nose doesn't have the tiniest blackhead anymore...looks like it has been photoshoped! Game Changer
I've enjoyed the ritual of using sheet masks for a few years now and loved the effect they had on my skin. However the retailer I used became more unreliable and eventually only stocked masks from inferior western skincare brands. Found Sonagi, over the summer, whilst reading up on masks/ingredients and searching for stockists - my goodness, I haven't looked back. The quality of these masks are worlds apart from what you'll be used to and the appearance of my skin? *Chef's kiss* The team are so lovely and helpful and their boxes inexpensive. So much better than I could have imagined
I’ve only had one delivery and I’m already so impressed. You receive information about all the masks in that months delivery describing them, what they are good for, ingredients, how long to leave them on etc. My skin certainly felt more glowy and radiant after using these. Couldn’t recommend this more. I love sheet masks and am so pleased I found this service!

Love my sheet mask subscription!
I'm obsessed with sheet masks so when I saw Sonagi and this subscription I thought it was a brilliant idea. It's excellent value for money, as most Korean sheet masks are around £4-£5 each online or in stores. So if you use sheet masks regularly you will save some money. In your first subscription you can choose to receive a free gua sha which is a really nice touch. They also send you some cute stickers from time to time. I'm so excited that they managed to get the viral overnight collagen mask in stock, and I have added this as an extra to my next box (additional cost), but cheaper than if I was going to buy it separately. I love getting the surprise of what's in the package each month. I use a lot of Korean skincare and I can verify that these masks are genuine Korean and top quality!

This is the ultimate subscription service! I absolutely love Sonagi and the masks! Love sonagi!!
Love sonagi. I really look forward to when my delivery comes in the post each month. You get really high quality sheet masks (you just cant get the same quality anywhere else in the Uk) for a really good price, and sonagi make sure to make it personal with hand written notes and free masks every so often.
I would reccomend this to anyone who wants to pamper themselves and practice some self care each month, but who is also on a budget!!

Amazing Results
These face masks are superb. I usually use them for 30 mins and then squeeze the leftover liquid out and apply it to my skin and neck just to make the most of it! My skin is super hydrated and glowing right after usage.
I usually use it once a week before bedtime to replace my general skincare routine. I wake up to a nicely hydrated, smooth skin.
It is really worth the money so if you love skincare like I do, go get these masks!

Amazing Company and Lovely Masks
Such a great company, really helpful and kind staff. The face masks are amazing and good value too. A great way to make sure you regularly use face masks. They also have nice little add-ons.

Highly recommend Sonagi
I look forward to receiving my envelope every month, I have nothing but good things to say about the service and the masks.
Delivery is always quick and masks arrive in perfect condition. The masks themselves are excellent value for money, I've ditched buying high street brands now. I'm not quite sure how they provide these masks for the price of a subscription! The masks are excellent quality, I have very sensitive, combo skin and I've not had a single reaction to any mask, my skin loves them all so far. The info sheet that comes with each delivery is really helpful too and a great touch.
I haven't really needed to use the customer service but the communications are always friendly and the extra mask and handwritten note in one of my deliveries was a lovely surprise and really makes you feel valued as a customer.
I've recommended the subscription service to several people already, definitely do it if you're considering it!

Amazing quality masks and customer care
I've had my Sonagi membership for a little while now. As someone who's been falling in love with K skincare over and over again, it was tough to figure out by myself what all the face masks were for and which ones to pick. I needed someone I could trust with quality products and expert knowledge. This is exactly what the Sonagi team does for me!
There is literally nothing more exciting than receiving my monthly order. I love the attention to detail (the person packing the orders regularly leaves a personal little note) and the handy guide that comes in every parcel. Also, the masks are packed in a letterbox-friendly envelope, so you don't need to worry about missing the delivery.

Lovely experience
I love the Sonagi brand! My masks arrived really quickly and I was so excited to try them out, the two I’ve tried so far have been great so looking forward to what masks I’ll receive in May.
This subscription service really stands out from others because it provides k beauty masks that can be hard to get in the UK and I love being able to try new brands I haven’t heard of and ones I’ve had on my wish list too.

Sonagi is a gem ✨
I love this brand. I was always a fan of skin care and especially face masks. I am so excited every time I ger my parcel. I love the variety and the stickers. Customer service is great and they take such good care of the customers. ✨

Absolutely love this subscription
Absolutely love this subscription! I'm on my second month now. The masks are high quality, offer excellent hydration, and given the price you usually pay for one Korean sheet mask it's very good value. A must-have for skincare enthusiasts!

My favourite skincare provider
This company is amazing! Firstly, their business model is incredible, having a subscription based system which delivers 5 genuine Korean skin car face masks through your door is genius. Means I never have to think about going out to buy some, I always have one ready for a self care day.
Secondly, their customer service is outstanding. I had a minor issue where I was missing a face mask in one months batch, I reached out to them and they were so helpful, resolved the problem and even gave me a couple extra bonus masks!
Great company, great morals and I can’t believe the quality of the products and service they provide. Rare to find these days!
