Well worth the money!
Took out a subscription last month with the intention that I’d cancel if I wasn’t impressed with the masks, but they have been amazing (so far I’ve tried two out of the five received, and both have been of very high quality). I'm only on my second month of these but I have been very impressed with the quality of the masks so far. It is great to be able to try genuine Korean products that you don't find in British stores. I like the fact that the selection changes each month so it is a nice surprise and like a little gift to myself every month. The price is amazing too. You cannot get masks for this price elsewhere, let alone masks of this quality. Also, I got a jade gua sha as a gift in my first box and there is a loyalty scheme which adds in further gifts if you remain a member for a period of time (the first one is some eye masks at 4 months I think). On top of all that, the discount on further purchases increases the longer you are a member, and I will be looking at purchasing other items too, as they just brought out a cleaser and moisturiser from a brand whose mask I really loved last month. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Don’t deny yourself!
I saw a Facebook ad for Sonagi and decided, why not. I love a sheet mask but if you go for Garnier from boots or Superdrug you’re looking at nearly £4 per mask! K-beauty is leading the field in innovation and ingredients and they just really get skin care. So to be able to get 5 x masks per month for £12 ish is an absolute bargain! I’m so happy I found Sonagi as it’s my little treat each month.

Best Sheet Mask Subscription there is :)
I have found with a lot of the UK sheet masks or the masks that claim to be Korean, they just irritate my skin and cause redness and acne. Since subscribing to Sonagi, I have been utterley amazed at the difference. All of the mask are genuinely from Korea and none of them have irritated my skin. My skin has been waaaaaaaaaaay more radiant and clear since switching and subscribing to Sonagi. And i never have to worry about the delivery as it always gets posted through the letter box and is there waiting for me once i get home :)

Believe the hype

Already obsessed with this service!
I came across Sonagi on Instagram and it immediately had my attention! I’ve always found that it’s ridiculously difficult to get Korean sheet masks in the UK (not a lot of variety & high prices) but I was aware Korean sheet masks were amazing as I’ve tried them often when abroad. Such a nice little self care treat every month… I love the suspense of what masks I’m going to receive and whoever thought of adding the translation card… is a genius, it makes you more connected to the product you’re using and why you’re using it. The selections are great and I love that if there are any you particularly love you can email your dedicated account manager to request a repeat of that mask. I have chosen on many occasions to apply a face sheet for 20 minutes over wearing foundation for the day and I receive so many compliments about how hydrated and moisturised my skin looks… on some occasions some masks have also left me with that glass shine look and it looks far better than wearing foundation. Highly recommend because it was also so cost effective.

First sonagi subscription box
I’ve just received my first subscription box from Sonagi including a free gua sha stone, and am really happy with the selection! I’ve been picking up what I thought were Korean face masks from TK Maxx - only to discover most of them just have Korean text on the packaging and were actually manufactured elsewhere! Not only are these handpicked straight from the source but are cheaper than what I can buy in stores here. The mask I tried so far was super hydrating and refreshing and had much better results than brands I’ve tried before. I love that they include descriptive information about each mask - great touch! This is such a great way to try a range of authentic brands and I feel I will remain a subscriber for a long time!

First of all, they really do send out genuine Korean face masks. All the brands are well know and popular in Korea. I had an amazing experience with the masks so far, I'm treating my mask evenings like little spa sessions, they are that good! Secondly, the service itself is lovely. I had a question and just DMd the team on Instagram, got a response super quickly in a very polite manner. Yes, it should be like that but unfortunately very often you come across poor customer service experience these days. Not the case with Sonagi. Highly recommend the brand!

Excellent for the price
I just received my order. What can I possibly say about this company? First of all I didn't even expect the package to include that many things. Given the price, it's very much worth it. Secondly, my order was a bit late and I contacted them to ask if everything is fine. I mean, you never know these days when everyone is a scammer. I was also angry because another website messed up my order and my email to Sonagi was a bit aggressive. I apologise for that. It was immature and inappropriate. I received a reply almost immediately. They informed me why there was a delay and shipped the next day. My package also had a note inside explaining the issue and they informed me about a free gift as well. This is what great customer service is. They responded immediately, they provided help, they shipped the items safely. I have 0 complaints. As for the products, I have used some of them in the past so I trust them. Some review in here mentioned that they don't do anything and that they're like wet towels which is a huge lie. You can actually read the ingredients on the back of each mask. If you think that hyaluronic acid and vitamins don't do anything for your skin at all then you shouldn't be using any creams or anything else. The quality of the masks is well known, we're not going to dispute that now. The fact that my pores were huge and are now non existent is proof enough. My final thoughts are: for 12-13£ you get something that will completely change your skin if you have large pores, dryness and discolouration. What more can you ask for? They also have options to cancel your subscription obviously, skip your next order, change the schedule of your orders and in general do whatever you want or need. Even if you want to try it once you can easily do that. And remember that you're not paying 13£ for a mask only. You're getting an entire package with 7 masks inside. I don't know if this is going to be the amount of items with every order but it definitely is very much worth trying it at least once. Excellent items, excellent customer support and overall an excellent company that does what it promises.

It's excellent value for money, as most Korean sheet masks are around £4-£5 each online or in stores. So if you use sheet masks regularly you will save some money. In your first subscription you can choose to receive a free gua sha which is a really nice touch. They also send you some cute stickers from time to time. I'm so excited that they managed to get the viral overnight collagen mask in stock, and I have added this as an extra to my next box (additional cost), but cheaper than if I was going to buy it separately. I love getting the surprise of what's in the package each month. I use a lot of Korean skincare and I can verify that these masks are genuine Korean and top quality!

Love sonagi. I really look forward to when my delivery comes in the post each month. These face masks are superb. I usually use them for 30 mins and then squeeze the leftover liquid out and apply it to my skin and neck just to make the most of it! My skin is super hydrated and glowing right after usage.
I usually use it once a week before bedtime to replace my general skincare routine. I wake up to a nicely hydrated, smooth skin.

I look forward to receiving my envelope every month, I have nothing but good things to say about the service and the masks.
Delivery is always quick and masks arrive in perfect condition. The masks themselves are excellent value for money, I've ditched buying high street brands now. I'm not quite sure how they provide these masks for the price of a subscription! The masks are excellent quality, I have very sensitive, combo skin and I've not had a single reaction to any mask, my skin loves them all so far. The info sheet that comes with each delivery is really helpful too and a great touch.
I haven't really needed to use the customer service but the communications are always friendly and the extra mask and handwritten note in one of my deliveries was a lovely surprise and really makes you feel valued as a customer.
I've recommended the subscription service to several people already, definitely do it if you're considering it!
